This is where I will be posting my schedule for the week of what I hope to accomplish in my world of exercising. They (whoever they are) say whatever it is we are trying to accomplish is more likely to happen if it is planned ahead of time.
And besides if I put it out there for the whole world to see it really will put the pressure on to get it done!
Week: July 4th through July 10th
Monday - TM 2miles/walking
Tuesday - TM 30minutes Nike App Arms
Wednesday - Swim 20 laps
Thursday - Pilates Class, Reformer
Friday - Zumba
Saturday - Interval: TM and arms
Sunday - rest
