For 2011

7 ~ 1/2 pints of Strawberry Lemon Marmalade
6 ~ 1/2 pints of Cherry Jam
6 ~ 1/2 pints of Strawberry Freezer Jam

3 ~ Shredded Zucchini in zip lock bags, 1.5 cups each
5 ~ pints of Pickled Beets
5 ~ pounds of Turnips, kept in the refrig.
5 ~ heads of beautiful cabbage, keeping in the refrig


For 2013

6 1/2 pints of sweet pickle relish
11 pints of green and yellow beans
3 1/2 pints of apple butter
2 pints of apple butter
6 pints of cranberry applesauce
2 pints of dehydrated marinated tomatoes
6 2cup bags of tomato sauce frozen
1 quart of tomato sauce frozen
5 pints of pears
10 quarts of pears
1 quart dehydrated pears
6 1/2 pints of pickled banana peppers
2 quarts of pickled banana peppers
1 quart bag of chopped habanero peppers
2 pints of dehydrated serrano peppers
1 pint of lime/jalapeno butter frozen
dehydrated basil, thyme, sage, oregano
